Real Madrid refuse to give up on Arnold deal

An English press report revealed that Real Madrid’s management is seeking to submit a new offer to Liverpool to acquire the services of its player Trent Alexander-Arnold during the current winter transfer period.

Real Madrid expressed its readiness to pay an amount ranging between 20 and 25 million euros to sign Arnold from Liverpool during the winter transfer market, but the English club rejects the matter completely, hoping to convince the player to renew his contract that expires next summer.

According to the English newspaper “The Times”, Real Madrid is considering submitting a new offer to strengthen its damaged ranks this season.

Real Madrid is suffering from a crisis in the right-back position, after Dani Carvajal was injured and absent for the rest of the current season, and there is no alternative other than Lucas Vazquez.

Real Madrid officials feel that they have an advantage in their negotiating position, as they believe that Alexander-Arnold will sign a preliminary contract with them if he does not join in January and it will be activated next summer.
